The technician, Noah, arrived on time and worked feverishly to repair the old mechanism which was 20+ years old, but to no avail. He was able to provide us with a reasonable quote to completely replace the opener with a new state-of-the-art model and was able to complete the job the same day. Fantastic, professional service. Within literally 2 seconds of walking into the garage he diagnosed the problem and immediately got to work.
